04/25/2008 @15:39HRS FIREBOX 5733 FOR THE WILD FIRE 679 LOCHLOMOND ROAD, FIRE BURNING ON THE POWER LINE CUT IN THE AREA. UNITS RESPONDED SOON AFTER AND WERE ADVISED JULIET 44 WAS ALSO ENROUTE. BRUSH UNITS WERE ON THE SCENE WITH A 50x50 AREA BURNING. COMMAND MARKED THE INCIDENT UNDER CONTROL AT 1545 HRS AND ALL 5700 UNITS WERE CLEAR OF THE SCENE AT 1555 HRS. UNITS RESPONDING B-11, T-11, BT-12,U-11, U-12, JULIET 44.

4/25/2008 @ 0408HRS RESCUE BOX 5737 FOR THE ACCIDENT W/INJURIES THE 3300 BLK OF PORT MATILDA HIGHWAY. 5700 RESPONDED TO THE SCENE THEN A PSP TROOPER WENT ON THE SCENE SOON AFTER WITH ENTRAPMENT OF 1 FEMALE REQUESTING THE AMBO EXPEDITE, THE PATIENT WAS IN SERIOUS CONDITION. 5700 ON THE SCENE WITH A MINI-VAN INTO THE WOODS TOOK THE COMMAND GIVEN FG 3 FOR OPERATIONS. SHORTLY AFTER COMM REQ THE SECOND ENGINE FOR LANDING ZONE OPERATIONS. COMMAND MARKED SCENE CONTROL AND EXTRICATION COMPLETE AT 0431 HRS AND UNITS CLEARED THE SCENE AT 0546. UNITS RESPONDING E-12,R-11,Q-12, AMBO 23, AND PHBG STATE POLICE.

4/12/08 Truck 12, Rescue 3, Engine-Rescue 8, and Engine 1 transferred to Station 5 to stand by for their banquet at 3:00 pm. At 1:30 am all units were dispatched for an automatic fire alarm. All units were placed available before response. Truck 12 completed transfer at 7 am.

4/12/08 11:11hrs Companies 11, 12, 13, Ambulance 23, and Engine 14 dispatched for Fire Box 57-41 at 204 D Street for reported shed fire endangering a house. Chief 57 arrived on scene reported fire knocked down, holding response to Truck 12 and Engine 11. Units cleared at 11:41

4/11/08 Truck 12 was dispatched at 20:47hrs for 18A Fire Box at 115 Old Route 53 for reported working structure fire. Engine-Tanker 18 arrived on scene reported working garage fire attatched to a house. Engine-Rescue 17 and Engine 18-1 laid supply line from hydrant for water supply. Truck 12 arrived on scene, went to roof for ventilation, then trenched roof between the two structures to prevent fire spread. Intial crews on scene made good knockdown with little extension to the house. Additional companies dispatched for overhaul. Truck 12 cleared incident at 23:48hrs.
Just about hour later Truck 12 dispatched for Working Structure Fire at same place. Engine-Tanker 18 arrived on scene reported well involved garage/house. Engine 17 and Engine 18-1 supplied water supply from hydrant. Truck 12 arrived, set up for masterstream. Engine 19 set up dump tank for second water supply. Additional tankers called for second water supply. Engine 22 set up fill site. All other units assisted with fire ground duties. Truck 12 cleared box at 4:29.
